  2. Hi Dani,
    I'm so ready for this challenge. I've been training with a personal trainer for the past 8 weeks 2 days a week using free weights and trying to do the cardio myself. I'm not seeing the scale budge!! I definitely need to switch things up a notch!! I have trigeminal neuralgia which is a painful nerve disorder on the left side of my face. The medicine I use makes me very tired and I want to sleep too much. I need to refocus on my diet to provide more energy. I look forward the new journey together.

  4. Sounds like a great kickoff for summer. I'm in. Dani, do you do the apple cider vinegar yourself? I did it last year and although I did lose weight and feel great while doing it, I ended up with cavities and the dentist attributed it to the vinegar. I have been afraid to go back to it ever since!
