Lose 10 lbs in 30 days- Week 1 check in!

Week 1 check in!!


So take this time today to check in with how your 1st week went! Did we make all the right or best choices with our foods and our workouts?

Take some time now to get it out! Do you want to shout out your weight loss or maybe how you are feeling tempted but still eating clean! It does get easier!!!!

  1. I think I did pretty good during the 1st week. I've been eating clean and no snacking in the evening. I need to get more exercise time in and will work on that for week 2. This morning I was 2 pounds down on the scale so it must be working.

  2. Okay, since you asked for it... I"m shouting it out. I HAVE LOST 3 LBS! Actually, this includes the prev. wk of drinking lemon juice for detoxing. I have been eating clean... with one indulgence...peanut butter!

    Did cardio sculpt this a.m but had to really push myself because boot camp wore me out last nite. But I am thrilled with the -3. Finally got over that weight loss plateau.

  3. What a great week eating clean and hitting the gym. You feel so much better when your eating the right food. I know this may sound strange but I didn't feel so foggy this week. Looking forward to tomorrow to hit the gym again EAT CLEAN!!!!

  4. I'm feeling really great, just like you promised. I love the lemon water. My skin does feel great! My biggest obstacle has been avoiding triggers. Well, I can avoid all my triggers except for chocolate. But I am making better choices all around, so I'm proud of that. I'm planning on weighing myself at the half-way mark and then at the end. Thanks again for hosting this challenge, Dani!

  5. Feeling great and down 5 pounds. I started the lemon water though as soon as you posted it (well the next day) so it probably has been at least 2 weeks. This weekend has been a little rough with all going on but i am thinking of doing 2 shakologys this week a day to help me get back on track.

  6. DUDE, NOT TOO BAD!! DOWN 4 POUNDS ELIMINATED THE SWEETS AT THE STORE. REALLY HIT THE GRAPES, CELERY, PROTEIN SHAKES , HARD BOILED EGG WHITES (INSTEAD OF THE 5 PANCAKES) FIBER BARS INSTEAD OF THE 4 CHIPS AHOY. CONCERNED W/ MY DIET THAT I COULDNT DO IT (MAKE A CHANGE), BUT DOING IT! WAKING UP HAPPY I DIDNT DO THE LATE NIGHT, WHITE CASTLE RUN!

  7. I haven't seen any weight loss. Boooo! But I feel better and know that I am eating better combinations of foods at each meal. I only want to lose five more pounds but they have been the most stubborn.
