Five Day Fit Food Challenge






I like to run these Free Challenges as a way for you to learn more about what eating healthy is all about. I share many tips with you including recipes and a meal plan guide for you to use and help you decide what foods work well for your body. One way of eating is not right for everyone and often we think we have to eat like are friend who is lean in order to lose weight and see results. Yes there are certain things that you can do to help you see results, it is also important to understand what you should or shouldn't eat is up to you and your health currently as well as your goals.
